I Tied the Knot...A Freakin' Month Ago!
The entire wedding week was awesome actually. Sarah and I organized a few smaller events prior the wedding day. We had a pool party at our apartment complex, rehearsal luncheon at the 755 Club at Turner Field, a dessert reception, and the infamous bachelor and bachelorette parties. These activities gave me a chance to see all the out-of-towners, and for the out-of-towners to get to know each other. With the opportunity for guests to become more comfortable in the foreign environment that is the ATL, everybody was able to let go a bit and really get into the wedding day itself.
I could talk about the wedding and all the events surrounding the wedding in detail, but a run-through of the itinerary would be rather boring. I have found that the best way to describe the feelings and emotions is visually. A picture is worth a thousand words, so here's a half million words:
The Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties
The Rehearsal Luncheon
The Wedding Reception
What more can somebody ask for in a wedding? My entire family was there. All my closest friends were there. And I got to marry the most amazing person I have ever met. I have had a difficult time finding the words to describe all the emotions that I felt during the wedding. The best way I can sum them up are with this quote:
I don't have all the answers. In life, to be honest, I've failed as much as I've succeeded. But I love my wife. I love my life, and I wish you my kind of success.
